Scientist have determined the world's funniest joke - which spawned this LOL thread over at mefi.
I'm taking driving lessons right now so this one had me chuckling...
"You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today.
They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine.'
