Spring arrived!
AMSTERDAM, 16 march - (from our correspondent)
It was long time coming yet nobody foresaw today's outbreak
of spring. As faces filled with laughter, terraces filled with semi-goosepimpled dutch
sunlovers in winter coats, and glasses filled with white beer and ditto wine,
a splendid time was guaranteed for all.
